Our mission is to provide quality behavior analytic services that are meaningful in order to positively impact the lives of the clients and families we serve.

Vision

Foundational Pathways Learning Center, LLC was founded in 2020 (in the midst of a pandemic) in order to help families within our community who are navigating the world of autism. Growing up with a younger brother on the spectrum, Cassandra Chizy has experienced the ups and downs that come with an autism diagnosis and she understands the impact a diagnosis can have on the entire family. Foundational Pathways Learning Center, LLC offers a supportive environment in which client’s are able to succeed and achieve their goals. Our services are family-centered, as your vision for your child is key in the treatment planning process. Our focus is on delivering evidence-based, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services across a variety of settings. We are dedicated to improving the lives of our clients and the individuals who care for them. Our individualized programs are designed to increase meaningful behaviors across a variety of domains which have a significant impact on the clients’ life, such as communication, functional living skills, community & social skills, and more.

Cassandra Chizy

Cassandra received her undergraduate degree in Sociology with a minor in Psychology from Worcester State University in May, 2013. From there, she started her first job in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities in a private school setting. After taking some time off from school to familiarize herself with the ABA field, Cassandra began her master’s program through Bay Path University in October 2014. She received her Master’s of Science in Special Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis in June 2016 and obtained her LABA and BCBA shortly thereafter.

Since beginning her career in 2013, Cassandra experienced working with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder in a variety of settings; including private school, public school, home, clinic and community. Cassandra has developed a strong interest in social skills training. Other professional interests include teaching verbal behavior, executive functions, self-help, and vocational skills.
